These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Glimpse (“Glimpse,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) – the event film camera app for iOS, the Glimpse App Clip, and related websites including viewglimpse.com and join.viewglimpse.com (together, the “Service”).

By creating an account, joining an event, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Glimpse lets hosts create timed “films” (events) where guests capture photos through the app or App Clip. Photos may be revealed to participants at a time set by the host. Hosts manage event settings such as guest limits, shots per guest, visibility, and reveal timing.
The Service is intended for personal and private events. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
2. Who may use Glimpse
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use Glimpse only with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian.
By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Host accounts
Sign-in
Hosts sign in through Sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Keep your device and sign-in credentials secure.
Your name and profile
You may set a display name used on invitations and event materials. Do not impersonate another person or use a misleading name.
Account termination
You may stop using Glimpse at any time. You may request account deletion by contacting us at [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Service or other users.
4. Guests
Guests may join an event without creating an account by scanning a QR code or opening an invite link. Guests choose a display name for that event only.
Guest participation is limited to the event they joined. Guest sessions and photos are tied to that event and its host’s settings.
5. Your content
Photos and event data
You retain ownership of photos and other content you upload or create through the Service (“User Content”). By using Glimpse, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, display, and transmit your User Content solely to operate the Service – for example, to show photos to the host and other guests according to event settings, to apply filters, and to deliver notifications you request.
This license ends when User Content is deleted, except for reasonable backup retention described in our Privacy Policy.
Host responsibilities
If you are a host, you are responsible for:
– The events you create and who you invite
– Ensuring guests understand how photos will be shared and when they will be revealed
– Complying with applicable laws when collecting or sharing images of other people
– Removing content or ending an event when appropriate
Do not upload content you do not have the right to share, including photos of others taken without a lawful basis or against their reasonable expectations.
Prohibited content and conduct
You may not use the Service to upload, share, or promote content or activity that:
– Is illegal, harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or exploitative of minors
– Infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
– Contains malware or attempts to disrupt or access systems without authorization
– Spams, scams, or misleads other users
We may remove content or restrict access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
6. Event settings and visibility
Hosts control settings such as maximum guests, shots per guest, whether all guests can see all photos, and when photos are revealed. We enforce these settings as part of the Service but do not guarantee that every participant will behave appropriately outside the app.
7. Purchases and upgrades
Some host features require a one-time in-app purchase through Apple’s App Store (for example, higher guest limits or unlimited shots per guest).
– Purchases are processed by Apple, not by us directly. We never receive your payment card details.
– Prices are shown in the app before you confirm a purchase. Applicable taxes may apply per Apple’s policies.
– Purchases are generally consumable – each purchase applies to the film or upgrade step for which you bought it, as described in the app.
– Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s refund policies. Contact Apple Support for purchase disputes; we cannot issue App Store refunds.
Optional paid tiers do not affect guests’ free access to join and capture photos at events they are invited to.
8. App Clip
The Glimpse App Clip provides a lightweight way for guests to join an event without installing the full app. App Clip use is subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Functionality may be more limited than the full app.
9. Notifications
If you enable push notifications, we may send alerts about your events (for example, when a guest joins or photos are ready). You can turn notifications off at any time in iOS Settings.
10. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties including Apple (sign-in, purchases, notifications), cloud hosting and database providers, and photo storage infrastructure. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
11. Intellectual property
Glimpse’s name, logo, app design, and software are owned by Reize LLC or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding except as part of normal use of the Service.

12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. By using the Service, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
13. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that photos will never be lost. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important content where appropriate.
14. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REIZE LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (IF ANY), OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS ($50).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reize LLC from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, your events, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
